Shipping Policy

All in stock products are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. They are shipped at a standard rate and should arrive within 7 business days. If you need priority shipping, or have not received your product within the expected shiping time, please contact us at liz@aliyahwellness.com.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, downloadable items and perishable food items are not returnable. If product arrives damaged, open, or torn, please let us know within 3 days of receiving product so we can ship you a replacement.

For other non-perishable products, returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. These products must be unopened and in original packaging, and returned to the address on the shipping label. Refund will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the returned product.
